Lovely historic building, sensitively modernized, in a very central location. Wonderful staff, very warm and accommodating. For a hotel chain, we felt it had luxury touches of boutique hotels, like welcome refreshments, super comfortable beds, powerful rain shower, decent mini bar and Nespresso in the room. We were especially impressed with the very good room service! Salad, pasta and wine were delicious, high quality and it was a special treat to enjoy them in the room. Breakfast spread was ample and delicious too!

The NH Collection Hotel in Vigo is a beautifully, stately hotel located centrally. The rooms are spacious, with great light coming in, luxury linens & a good shower. The lobby bar was a go to for a pre-dinner drink and afternoon cappuccino. The lobby always had cold water (for water bottle refills). The gym was well appointed with exercise mats, an elliptical, treadmill & bicycle. The gym was very clean. Parking is located in the building which was very convenient.

Excellent central location, while being extremely quiet indoors from city noise. Wonderful area for eating, shopping and experiencing Vigo life. Room was spacious, so clean and very comfortable beds. Rain shower and complimentary toiletries were all very relaxing. Staff were relaxed, calm and we're there if needed. Wonderful to have complementary drinks vouchers as daily thank you for when no housekeeping was needed; very eco friendly. A great stay all round. We would stay again.

A lovely hotel, this is right in the centre of Vigo and a 10 minute walk to the old part of town. A well decorated foyer, with a touch of luxury. The room was airy, comfortable and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street. The room had air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities. No noise from the street at all. The hotel has a restaurant and the meals we had there were exceptional food. All the staff, from reception to bar to restaurant were so kind and helpful. Gave us advice on our visits and travel arrangements.

Incredible staff very helpful and kind. Hotel location was a plus for us to visit the Xmas lights, but also in a pretty good location to visit the city as well. Room size was more than enough with a mini-bar and coffee machine. Breakfast we already had better for less, but even so is acceptable.

Well located along the camino, our spacious Junior Suite at the NH Collection Vigo was on an upper floor with sloping ceilings and views of the main street and cathedral. On arrival our bed was made up in a king configuration, but once I spoke with reception and explained I didn't want to share a bed with my sister, housekeeping came immediately to change to twin beds. An easy walk to the historic old town, cafes, restaurants, farmacias, and supermercados. I would definitely recommend.

Good location 10 minutes walk to old town. Nice rooms, good lobby bar area and good selection of food at breakfast. Option to decline room cleaning rewarded with free drink at bar - great initiative!

Spacious lobby and rooms. The breakfast buffet was fresh and with many options plus they made customized egg dishes. Situated across Santiago el Mayor church where you can obtain the pilgrim credential needed for the Camino de Compostela/Saint James way. Service at both the front desk and restaurant was very good.

Well-located in the city centre. Liked the way you could leave pull up and leave your car outside the hotel and the staff parked it for you. Marcos, the concierge, was absolutely fantastic and made our stay in Vigo a real highlight of our trip to northern Spain and Portugal - provided ideas of places to visit and detailed itineraries. Visited the Cies Islands for the day which were absolutely beautiful.
